Pretty and Playful.
Most of my work is inspired by daughter and her wonderful imagination or my own childhood. From nostalgic memories of beautifully illustrated books to vintage quilts or tatty teddy bears.
I loved the quirky gifts my grandma would buy us for Christmas and the never ending array of dolls, bears and ornaments that memories are made from.
My collection is made up of prints and gifts available to buy and customised pieces for comission.
Organic and Unique
I use a range of art and textile techniques in my work to come up with prints and gifts.
Whether it is using pressed flowers from a summer’s walk in the meadow, a vintage piece of fabric or working with vintage illustrations from an antique centre I love working in this way to get my imagery.
I am lucky enough to have my own art studio at home with a range of equipment including a large vintage press that is so wonderful to work with.
